Soundium Black Week runs from 23 to 30 November 2026. These terms cover the door codes, the extended returns, the price guarantee and the gift from €250. Times are Vilnius time.
Door codes
- A new door with a code of the day opens on the Black Week page every day from 23 to 30 November at 10:00. If you signed up for early access, the code comes by e-mail the evening before at 20:00 and works from then.
- Each code takes a fixed amount off your order when your cart reaches the minimum shown on the door: €10 from €149, €20 from €299 or €30 from €449. The code applies to the whole order; the theme of the day is our pick, not a restriction.
- One door code per order, and each code once per customer. Door codes do not combine with each other.
- Every door has a limited number of codes, shown on the door as “N of M left”. When they are gone, the code stops working.
- Codes are valid while they last, until 30 November 2026, 23:59 at the latest.
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and do not apply to gift cards. In shops with another currency, the amounts are converted at checkout.
- An order placed with a door code does not get the €30 December code.
Extended returns
- Orders placed from 23 November 2026, 00:00 to 30 November 2026, 23:59 can be returned until 31 January 2027.
- All other return conditions stay the same as in our returns policy.
Price guarantee
- The price guarantee covers orders placed from 23 November 2026, 00:00 to 30 November 2026, 23:59.
- If the publicly shown Soundium price of the same new item (the same variant) drops below the price you paid by 24 December 2026, 23:59, write to us by 31 December 2026 with your order number: info@soundium.com or the contact form.
- The price you paid is the item’s line price after all discounts, including a door code.
- We refund the difference as a single-use discount code, valid until 31 January 2027.
- The guarantee does not cover B-Stock items, obvious pricing errors, personal codes and door codes, or the difference between a bundle price and the prices of its items bought separately.
Gift from €250
- One gift per order while stock lasts. The €250 is counted after discounts.
- The gift combines with Black Week door codes, but not with other discounts and codes (quantity discounts, −10% on accessories, personal codes). In that case the discount that is better for you applies and the gift is not added.
- If you enter another code at checkout, the gift line may become paid. You can remove it by going back to the cart.
